Engineer Hematullah son of Haji Assadullah Aminzay was born in 1987 at Tookark valley of Maidan Wardak province. He was born at religious an intellectual family. He has completed his primary and secondary education at Shaeed Qazai Gul Mohammad and Mosa Mohammad Shaeed schools. He has completed his high school education at Naderia high school in Kabul. At entrance exam to university he passed to Kabul Polytechnic University. He is graduated from the industrial and civil construction faculty of the Kabul Polytechnic University.
